As I walk down the darkened hallway,
I fear what's waiting for me around the corner.
As I juggle the weight of both leisure and achievement,
I never know whether or not something good will be waiting for me around that corner.
But if I don't let the fear of the hallway subside,
then I'll never find out what's beyond that corner.
Ella Feitshans is a student in the early college program at CVCC who is aiming to get her associate's degree early. She wants to eventually go on to a 4- year college and get a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with a concentration in German.
